My name is Randy, and I'm a kindleholic ... and loving every minute of it! I've been waiting for the iPod of books, and this is it. I carry mine everywhere, and slip away into my books every chance I get. Thank you, Jeff Bezos!
Jane Comment by Jane on November 17, 2008 at 1:08am
My name is Jane and I'm addicted to my Kindle. I've owned a Kindle for a few months now and am really enjoying it. I have religious books including the King James Bible and books by T.D. Jakes. Cookbooks, The Works of Charles Dickens, War and Peace, Reader's Digest. I no longer mind waiting for an oil change, waiting at the doctor's office, etc. I have my choice of many books to read. Needless to say, I LOVE, LOVE LOVE my Kindle.

Marc, I definitely laughed out loud when I did it. Reached up to the upper right corner and momentarily tried to grab and flick the page over. Ooops. Not a real page.

Perhaps it is the Kindle. Perhaps I am just a scatterbrain. :) Or a little of both. ;)

Linda, that's awesome!

I've gotten very comfortable with mine, but not THAT comfortable! :)

I tried to turn the page on my Kindle today. I'm amazed that I already am so adapted to it (after less than two weeks) that I forget I'm reading on a device. Can't wait to put it to the test on my vacation (on a cruise) at the end of the month. No more deciding which FEW books to pack for reading on flights, etc. I can bring hundreds!
Johanna Comment by Johanna on November 6, 2008 at 12:14am
Hi, Lisa! I'm Johanna and I'm a kindleholic. Thankfully it is a healthy addiction, except for the sneaky way I hide my Kindle next to my computer monitor so passers-by can't see it. I am now getting teased at work because at lunch and on breaks I walk and read at the same time.

Got my wife a Kindle because of her arthritic hands. She had to get me one because I wouldn't leave hers alone.
