- Hello, my name is Susie Evans.
At the age of 40 I decided to take control of my life and get back into shape. Once I made that decision, I began to lose weight in just 2 weeks.
Then, by correctly following a fitness program, I transformed my figure from an overweight, out of shape, tired mid aged woman afraid to go to the beach into a fit, toned and confident woman who now proudly wears a bikini.
I am so proud of my achievement that I have written a Kindle book which outlines how I did it. How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks & Get That Sexy Toned Figure Back is my true story!
Along with this book, I also have a book which outlines what recipes I follow for my breakfast meals. Easy Breakfast Recipes That Help You Lose Weight. (How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks & Get That Sexy Toned Figure Back) offers a number of simple recipes that can help you lose that weight.
Currently, I am also working on a book with lunch recipes as well as one for dinner recipes.
I believe that the correct diet - meaning eating the right foods and not starving yourself - is 80% responsible for achieving weight loss.
